The Simmering-Graz-Pauker Works built these four-axle railway postal cars for the Austrian Post Office in several production batches. Structurally, they are identical to the Eurofima cars. The car body and interior were adapted for the needs of the railway postal service. Mail was sorted on board the train. These cars were used in passenger, express, and fast trains. But the special carriages also made their way to Germany, where they were used, among other things, in diverted trains in the Allgäu region.
