Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) type Gbkl 238 boxcar from the earlier Gl "Dresden" Interchange Type Gl. Short version, without handbrakes, brakeman’s platform, and brakeman’s cab. Version without doors on the end walls. The car looks as it did around 1972.
