This is a decoder/motor combo.

Description

  • The decoder has a motor output and a light switch output as well as RailCom
  • The decoder has 2 contact inputs for analogue switching and manual tripping
  • It can be operated with DCC or Märklin® Motorola.
  • Programming possible in the installed state thanks to RailCom
  • The drive is slowly circumferential (adjustable)
  • The decoder is suitable for controlling Märklin® K-track switches and the optional switch lantern.
  • Fits Märklin® underfloor retrofit kit
  • 100% quality inspection of all decoders
    Development and production in Germany
We only use components from well-known brand manufacturers

Compatible

  • Drive The drive is the ideal alternative for the electric point drives 75491 and 7549 and shifts silently, safely and slowly true to the prototype. The power consumption is less than 50mA even in the switching process

  • Märklin K-Track The decoder can be inserted and connected directly into the following turnouts.
    • Switch left
    • Turn right
    • Slim crossover on the left
    • Slim crossover on the right
    • Bow switch left
    • Curve switch on the right
    • Slim bow crossover on the left
    • Slender bow crossover on the right
    • Double crossing switch

Voltage

  • Build up
    • 9-24V track voltage
The decoder is supplied directly by the track voltage. No separate power supply can be connected.
  • Performance
    • 9-24V DC voltage
    • 10 mA current
The light outputs can be loaded with 0.5A and provide 9-24V DC voltage.
  • Requirements
    • Quiescent current below 10mA
The decoder itself requires less than 10mA in idle mode. The power requirement of the output depends on the connected item.
  • Short conclusion The decoders are protected against short circuits with a self-resetting fuse.

Coupling

  • Artificial Intelligence At least a little. The decoder has an automatic learning mode for addressing. All you have to do is press a button and call up the desired addresses at your headquarters. Done.
  • Remote control The decoder can be configured directly at its place of use from a DCC control panel using programming-on-main. All CVs can be updated.
  • Inspection The decoder can be configured on a DCC programming track. All CVs can be read and written via direct mode.

Configuration

  • Standard By default, the output takes small steps and drives the engine slowly. The time is adjustable.
  • Let there be light The decoder supports the control of the switch lantern and automatically restores the last switching of the switch lantern when the decoder is started.
  • Twisted The switch output can be inverted. For example, counter-rotating switches with the same address can be switched.
  • Small steps You can easily change the orbital time up to slow motion speed
  • On command You can use the 2 contact inputs to operate the motor manually, via another decoder or even analogue.

Installation

  • Connections The decoder has all connection cables for direct installation in a Märklin K-track turnout.
  • Fastening The decoder can simply be plugged into the track of the K-track switch from Märklin.
