With the replica of the 151 series heavy freight locomotive, PIKO offers a typical locomotive of the German Federal Railroad in epoch IV Painting and printing, the extremely delicate pantographs, digitally switchable cab and engine room lighting as well as LED tail lights that change with the direction of travel. The strong five-pole PIKO motor with its large, precisely dimensioned flywheels gives the model excellent driving characteristics. A PIKO SmartDecoder 4.1 with mfx capability is installed ex works, the locomotive is also prepared for simple retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker. Brake hoses for retrofitting are included.
